Q: Who is your favorite football player and/or team?

A: The Tampa Bay Buccaneers!

Q: What is the biggest challenge you have faced on the football field and how did you overcome it?

A: Getting used to tackling and just not being afraid.  My coaches have talked me through it and helped me gain confidence.

Q: What advice would you give a new player that you have learned from your experience playing football?

A: That it’s okay to tackle full force.  You aren’t made of glass, and neither is your opponent; you’ll both get right back up!

Q: Who is your favorite football player and/or team?

A: Mahomes and the Chiefs

Q: What is the biggest challenge you have faced on the football field and how did you overcome it?

A: Keeping my head up when tackling.   I’m still working on it bit I have gotten better.

Q: What advice would you give a new player that you have learned from your experience playing football?

A: Being a girl on a team of boys is hard with all the discouragement and anxiety, but it is going to get better.  None of the guys wanted me on the team and I almost gave up but I didn’t.  I kept pushing through because I love the sport and now my team loves me.

Q: Who is your favorite football player and/or team?

A: My big brother Pierce who plays for the Windham Eagles, but I am my favorite-favorite football player!

Q: What is the biggest challenge you have faced on the football field and how did you overcome it?

A: The boys on my team kept saying girls can’t play but I got the first tackle on the field.

Q: What advice would you give a new player that you have learned from your experience playing football?

A: Sometimes cleats hurt when you get stepped on.  Everyone can play, you just have to try your best.

Q: How does it feel to play on a predominantly boys teaM?

A: It feels like the team are a bunch of brothers to me.

Q: what’s your favorite thing about the game of football?

A: Beating up the boys!

Q: What would you tell other girls who want to play football but haven’t yet?

A: Once you start playing, all the boys will stand up for you.
